• If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our contact with your order number and the requested changes.
• You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, all orders are processed, and no further changes or cancellations will be possible.

2. Design & Personalization

• For orders that require design modifications or personalization, please note that:
  • Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after payment and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
  • Any request for customization may extend the processing time, which could result in delayed delivery.
