Order Processing Time

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customized products may require approximately 10 business days for processing before shipment.

If your order contains items from different locations, it may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

If an item is out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the rest once they’re back in stock.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of the item and packaging to assist with claims.

For lost shipments, reach out to us as soon as possible — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
