Shipping Time

Every Prime Cues cue is made to order in our workshop in Vietnam. Below is how long each stage takes. All times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, weekends not counted).

1. Production

7–10 business days after your order is placed.

2. Shipping

9–12 business days with Standard shipping, after your cue leaves our workshop.

3. Total Delivery Time

About 16–22 business days from the day you place your order.

International Orders

Delivery times vary by country. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you need your cue by a specific date, please email us before ordering and we will give you an estimate for your country.

Tracking Your Order

We email you a tracking number as soon as your cue ships. Since every parcel is shipped internationally from Vietnam, the carrier may take a few days to show the journey on its tracking page.
