At Prime Cues, we are committed to delivering billiard cues crafted to high standards of performance, consistency, and workmanship. This warranty reflects our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Prime Cues warrants that each genuine Prime Cues cue will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to:

• Authentic Prime Cues products
• Products purchased directly from Prime Cues
• The original retail purchaser
• Products accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Prime Cues reserves the right to verify product authenticity and purchase eligibility prior to approving any warranty claim.

Warranty Service

If a manufacturing or material defect is identified during the warranty period, Prime Cues will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product using appropriate replacement components
• Replace the affected component or product with an equivalent model
• Provide an alternative service solution deemed appropriate by Prime Cues

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Warpage, movement, or structural changes resulting from environmental conditions, including humidity, temperature fluctuations, or improper storage
• Normal wear associated with regular use
• Consumable components including cue tips, ferrules, wraps, bumpers, and surface finishes
• Cosmetic conditions such as scratches, dents, discoloration
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, impact, or improper handling
• Products that have been modified, repaired, refinished, or altered by unauthorized parties
• Products purchased through unauthorized channels or without verifiable proof of purchase
