frequently asked questions
What are Prime Cues made of?
Our cues are built with fiberglass and carbon fiber construction, giving you a perfectly straight shaft with superior durability. Unlike wood, they won't warp or bend over time — no matter the conditions.
Can the cue wrap be customized?
Yes, you can customize the cue wrap for an additional fee of $30. The customized cue will be shipped from Vietnam, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 15 - 25 days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 5–7 business days. From there, shipping from Vietnam typically takes around 10 days to reach you. Total estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from the date of purchase.
Which cue should I get for my skill level?
At Prime Cues, we focus on personality and personalization — every cue is designed to be uniquely yours. Specs and configurations go hand in hand with the design, so we encourage you to reach out directly and we'll work with you to create the exact look and build you want. You can also swap out individual components for an additional fee.
Can I customize my cue's components or weight?
Yes — individual components like the joint, tip, and other parts can be upgraded or swapped for an additional fee depending on what you're changing. For weight adjustment, we offer a separate weight kit that you can add to your order, giving you the flexibility to dial in the feel that suits your game.
How do I take care of my cue?
The shaft is coated with a gloss finish that keeps your custom design looking sharp and protects it from everyday wear. The finish is resilient against minor impacts, but a hard hit may cause light scratches — these can be polished out or reduced with a soft cloth. Since our cues are fiberglass and carbon fiber, you don't need to worry about warping or humidity the way you would with a wooden cue.
Is the cue butt made of real wood?
No, all of our cues are made from carbon composite materials. We use our exclusive technology to ensure high performance while delivering vibrant colors and a glossy finish in the cue design.
