You may return new, unused, and unchalked items in their original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt.
Personalized, customized, limited edition, or discontinued products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee are non-refundable.
Prime Cues reserves the right to deny returns for items showing abuse, improper use, excessive wear, or damage.
